M.Brown Luxe Gallery is a small shop in Nigeria. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you visit this website and what we do with it.

Advertising (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you browse this website, it tells Meta which pages and products you looked at and when you tapped a WhatsApp button. Meta can link this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We use it to measure our adverts and to show our products again to people who visited the site, on Facebook and Instagram.

We do not send Meta your name, phone number or email address, and we never see your Meta account. Meta handles the information under its own policies at facebook.com/privacy.

To stop this tracking:

  • Change your ad settings in the Facebook or Instagram app (Settings → Ads → Ad preferences).
  • Use a browser or extension that blocks trackers, or your browser's private mode.

Email list

If you join our VIP list (in the footer or on the welcome-gift card), we keep your email address and the date you joined. You must tick a box to agree. We use it only to send you news about new pieces and offers from M.Brown Luxe Gallery. We do not sell or share your email address. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Contact below).

Orders on WhatsApp

Orders are made by chatting with us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and your messages, name and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own rules. We use the details you send us only to answer you, arrange payment and deliver your order.

What is saved on your device

The website saves small notes in your browser, for example that you already scratched the welcome card, and a copy of pages so the site can load faster and work with a weak connection. These stay on your device. The advertising pixel above may also set its own cookies.

Services that run this website

Our product list and email list are stored with Google Firebase, product photos are stored with Cloudinary, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. They process data for us to keep the site working.

Your rights and contact

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, message us on WhatsApp (+2348080862997). You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We will update this page when what we do changes.
